• Resolving disputes with customers directly

We do not supervise, direct, or control contractors. Each contractor operates as an independent business.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

5. Limitation of Liability

No Fees to Homeowners: There is no fee for homeowners to submit project requests or be connected with contractors through our service.

Payment to Contractors: All project costs, deposits, and payments are negotiated and paid directly to contractors. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an escrow service.

Contractor Fees: Contractors may pay fees to be part of our network. These fees do not affect the pricing contractors offer to homeowners.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of General Contractors Baltimore or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
